Recital in Kirchheimbolanden generates enthusiasm among the audience and the press
Alexei Tartakovsky, winner of the International Telekom Beethoven Competition Bonn, was invited to give a recital in Kirchheimbolanden in the east wing of the Orangery, where he performed Liszt's transcription of Beethoven's 6th Symphony as well as Robert Schumann's Ghost Variations and Sergei Rachmaninov's Etudes-tableaux. In a sold-out house, the 2nd prizewinner of 2021 delighted the audience and the press:
He didn't play the music, he lived it, tracing the sounds, which was at the same time a preparation for the next piece, letting the wonderful tones resonate for the audience made the evening a musical treat that is otherwise often only offered in big cities.
