Australian pianist Kevin Chow has performed throughout Australia, U.S.A, Germany, China, New Zealand, Thailand, Spain, Morocco and Indonesia. Kevin Chow has featured as Concerto soloist with the Finnish Radio Orchestra, Thailand Philharmonic, Morocco Philharmonic Orchestra, Fremantle Symphony and Melbourne Conservatorium of Music Symphony Orchestras with concertos by Mozart, Beethoven, Liszt, Brahms, Tchaikovsky, Rachmaninoff and Prokofiev.

Kevin Chow’s competition success has included the piano ABC Young Performer of the Year, and laureate and finalist of the Maj Lind International Piano Competition, the l'orchestre Philharmonique du Maroc Piano Concerto Competition and Thailand International Piano Competition.

He is currently undertaking his Konzertexamen studies with Alfredo Perl at the HfM Detmold. He has obtained Master of Music and Master of Musical Arts degrees from Yale University and Bachelor (Honours) degrees at the Melbourne Conservatory of Music. His major teachers have included Boris Berman, Yoon Sen Lee, Glenn Riddle, Boris Slutsky and Peter Serkin.

Playing a wrong note is insignificant but playing without passion is unforgivable.
