The pianist Hyo-Sun Lim (Jeonju, Korea 1981) has been studying piano since the age of three. She studied in the Curtis Institute of Music in Philadelphia with and moved to Europe afterwards to complete her musical education at Hannover Musikhochschule at the Accademia Pianistica di Imola (Italy). Ahe performed at the Walt Disney Concert Hall LA, Konzerthaus Berlin, Concertgebouw Amsterdam, Palais des Beaux-Arts Brussels, Lincoln Center New York, Auditori Barcelona, and Opera City Hall Tokyo. She has also performed as soloist with Orchestre National de Belgique, Vlaams Radio Orkest, Orchestre Royal de Chambre de Wallonie and the San Remo Symphony Orchestra.
Playing a wrong note is insignificant but playing without passion is unforgivable.
